Kelly was selected as a 1999 Triathlon All-American and in 2000 earned a silver medal in the World Championships of Aquathlon (run-swim-run). In 2004, she was National Champion for her age-group in the 1500 meter freestyle. As a Div. I Collegiate Head Swim Coach, she trained 24 All-Americans and 10 Olympic Trials Qualifiers. After coaching, she transitioned to Pharmaceutical Sales and earned one of her company's highest bonuses in their 150 year history. In Pharmaceutical Sales, Kelly became the number one salesperson in her division's two biggest products. She increased her territory's business by 400% from the previous year. Furthermore, Kelly has successfully sold Real Estate, Business Equipment and Time-Share Weekends. She knows that everyone needs to have success skills training in order to succeed.
Kelly has a Master of Education degree in Sports Management and Exercise Science and has written many nationally published magazine articles. In 1996, she won the Women's Sports & Fitness Magazine's Inspirational Moves Award.
